**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bookkeeper/Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for our clients
* Processing transactions, reconciliations, and journal entries
* Preparing and reviewing financial statements, reports, and other documents
* Providing support to the Accounting team, including answering client inquiries and resolving issues
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to strict data protection policies
* Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations, laws, and industry best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, data entry, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and financial statement preparation
* Proficiency in QuickBooks desktop (or willingness to learn)
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, we're looking for candidates with:
* 4+ years of experience in bookkeeping, data entry, or a related field
