[Remote] Design Project Coordinator

They are seeking a Senior Design Project Coordinator to support project execution and ensure successful delivery by coordinating between design and construction stakeholders, overseeing project systems, and maintaining accurate project records.ResponsibilitiesServe as an extension of the Owner’s team, helping drive project execution, coordination, and delivery across design and construction stakeholdersLead coordination of design deliverables and milestones from kickoff through closeoutAct as a key liaison between the Owner and Engineers of Record to drive timely and accurate delivery of models, drawings, and record documentsTrack design schedules and drive accountability across stakeholdersOversee project systems and model/document environments, ensuring teams have access to accurate, up-to-date information to support decision-makingReview and QA/QC drawings and documents for compliance with standardsFacilitate cross-functional reviews and communication related to design deliverablesMaintain accurate project records and oversee final document turnover to operationsSupport construction-phase execution and change management while identifying and implementing improvements to workflows and standardized processesSkillsA minimum of 5 years experience in the Design and/or Construction industry as it relates to project or program managementFamiliarity with full project lifecycle from pre-construction thru closeoutExperience in document control with revision control and document repository managementFamiliarity with QAQC of documents per established standardsStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-taskAttention to detailProfessional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administrationExperience in Autodesk Construction Cloud, G-suite, SharePointDemonstrated capability to lead decisively in challenging and intricate environmentsProven ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams towards successful delivery, even without formal authoritySelf-motivated, proactive, and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team stylesBasic knowledge in data center engineering or constructionExceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to your stakeholdersAbility to work with a remote and geographically dispersed team (multiple time zones)BenefitsCompetitive compensationHealth insurance401k with employer matchFlexible PTORemote workPhilanthropic Matching Gift Program And more…Competitive benefitsRemote work experiencesFlexible work arrangementsVarious career development opportunitiesEmployee resource groupsCompany OverviewAvicado is a construction technology consultancy that offers cloud-based technologies for collaboration, communication and project controls.
