Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers
Basic math skills and intermediate PC knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and mainstream web browsers
