[Remote] Configuration Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VBeyond Corporation is seeking a Configuration Analyst with expertise in healthcare payer business functions and IT systems. The role involves designing and configuring benefit components in the HealthRules Payer platform while collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements and support data migration activities.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Business SMEs, Sales, internal teams, employer groups, and vendors for: Requirements gathering, Design & architecture discussionsResponsible for design and configuration of Benefit components in HealthRules PayerAbility to extract and analyze benefit data using SQLSupport data profiling and migration activities (legacy → HealthRules Payer)Design, develop, test, and document interfaces of moderate-to-high complexityMaintain documentation and version controlProvide technical leadership and mentor team membersSupport testing and deployment of configurations in production environmentLead a team of Configuration Analysts (including production support)SkillsHealthcare Payer business functions and IT systemsStrong experience in HealthRules Payer platformHands-on experience with Products & Benefits, Claims WorkflowStrong understanding of US Healthcare Payer streams: Claims, Network & Pricing, Provider Management, Medical Management, Premium Billing & Payment, Member Enrollment, Benefits ManagementExperience across Commercial, TPA, Self-Funded, and Blues businessExperience with Core Administrative Processing Systems: HealthRules Payer (primary), Facets / QNXT (nice to have)HealthRules Payer Configuration: Benefit Plan setup, Product configuration, Benefits & Claims configurationAbility to extract and analyze benefit data using SQLSupport data profiling and migration activities (legacy → HealthRules Payer)Design, develop, test, and document interfaces of moderate-to-high complexityMaintain documentation and version controlProvide technical leadership and mentor team membersSupport testing and deployment of configurations in production environmentLead a team of Configuration Analysts (including production support)Experience with Core Administrative Processing Systems: Facets / QNXT (nice to have)Company OverviewVBeyond Corporation is a staffing and recruiting company specializing in emerging search and HR consulting services.
