**About the Role**

As a Bilingual (Spanish) Automotive Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, leveraging your problem-solving skills and creativity to find innovative solutions. **Responsibilities**

* Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns in both English and Spanish
* Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing empathetic and professional support
* Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
* Respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments, maintaining accurate records and tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to continuous improvement and quality enhancement
* Upsell when required, promoting arenaflex's products and services to customers

**Qualifications**

We're seeking fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong internet connection and a clean, quiet workspace
* 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues and providing excellent customer support
* Over 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to type 25 wpm, with strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
* Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate Windows operating systems and desktop computer systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results

**Work from Home Requirements**

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need to meet the following internet requirements:

* Minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps
* Minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 Mbps
* ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
* Proof of internet speed required
