**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients. This position requires an active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license, allowing you to interface with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications. * Processing new and/or amended enrollments
* Ensuring that clients' customers receive authentic and positive experiences

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* 1+ years of customer service experience
* Active Personal Lines or P&C resident license
