Key Responsibilities:

Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English)
Help customers resolve basic technical issues and answer questions about our products and services
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
Offer additional products and/or services to customers, as applicable
Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty


Essential Qualifications:

Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both Spanish and English
1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
