**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers at careerzynith. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and empathetic manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions and concerns
* Collaborating with customers to resolve issues and find solutions that meet their needs
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities:
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
* A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
* A smartphone or tablet that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
