About the Role As a Remote Customer Service Representative (bilingual: French/English), you will join our organically diverse team of 70+ countries, where every member contributes to and supports each other's success and well-being. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, interacting with clients via incoming/outgoing calls and/or the internet, providing top-notch customer support, and resolving common issues and queries related to our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide incoming customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information from databases Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices Offer additional products and services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion.
