**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Laguna Hills, CA. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology. You'll also be expected to build business relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend careerzynith's best solutions.
**Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
* Be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Understand customer needs and recommend careerzynith's best solutions
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering systems
* Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
