**Position Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* **Processing Customer Orders**: You'll use our world-class technology to process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries.
* **Being a Product Expert**: We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently, so you can provide exceptional support to our customers.
* **Building Business Relationships**: You'll build strong relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, and help them navigate our website and online ordering system.
* **Understanding Customer Needs**: You'll use your excellent problem-solving and listening skills to understand customer needs and recommend careerzynith's best solutions.
**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
* **Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
* **Bilingual (English / Spanish)**: You'll need to be fluent in both verbal and written forms of Spanish and English.
* **Prior Customer Service Experience**: While prior customer service experience is a plus, we'll train you to succeed in this role.
