As a bilingual representative, you'll be fluent in Spanish and English, with a strong ability to communicate complex healthcare information in a clear and concise manner. You'll be responsible for answering inbound inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Answering and managing inbound inquiries regarding health plan benefits, claims, eligibility, and other healthcare-related topics * Conducting outbound and return calls to customers as necessary, providing timely and effective support * Asking appropriate questions, listening actively, and providing personalized support to customers, documenting relevant information in our computer systems * Communicating and partnering with customers tactfully and empathetically, resolving issues and applying conflict management skills as needed * Meeting performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, member satisfaction, and attendance, adhering to all applicable policies and procedures **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * To reside in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC * To be bilingual in Spanish and English (validated via bilingual assessment upon offer acceptance) * At least 1 year of call center experience required * Ability to handle a heavy call volume of 50-100 calls daily * Demonstrated ability to use computer and Windows PC applications, with strong keyboard and navigation skills * Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive salary range: $17.30-18.00/hr * Eligibility for a bonus component based on pre-defined performance factors * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance benefits * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a workplace culture that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
