**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues
* Providing exceptional customer service through empathy, active listening, and effective communication
* Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or team leaders as needed
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**A Typical Day in Your Role**
* You'll start your day by reviewing your schedule and prioritizing your tasks
* You'll answer incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers, using your excellent communication skills to resolve their issues
* You'll conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
* You'll work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* You'll participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve your skills and knowledge
**What You Bring to the Role**
* At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
* Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
* Computer experience and proficiency in using software applications
* High-speed internet connection (>25mbps) and a hardwired connection to your home router
