About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls and/or the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service support, resolving routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information from databases Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices Offer additional products and services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion.
