**Key Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, using a guided call flow in the customer's preferred language
* Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
* Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
* Offer additional products and services
* Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

* Fluency in both French and English
* 1+ year of experience in customer service
* High school diploma or GED
* A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
* Strong computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Desire to learn new technologies
* A computer (laptop or desktop) for testing purposes (a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed)
* High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite connections) and a smartphone
