[Remote] Director, Client & Partner Marketing

As the Director of Client & Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for deepening relationships with clients and partners, leading marketing strategies, and managing a small team to execute client advocacy and co-marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead a client marketing program focused on retention, expansion, and advocacy across the PNS client baseOwn the Client Advisory Board (CAB) program: charter, recruitment, agenda, and follow-through on insightsPartner with Enablement and Marketing to develop case studies, testimonials, and outcomes content for PatientConnect, PSE, MediFind, and new offeringsBuild lifecycle campaigns from onboarding through renewal and expansion, in partnership with Client Experience and Client SolutionsDevelop and execute joint marketing programs with strategic partners (e.g., Fierce and other industry media)Produce co-branded content, webinars, and events that create mutual lead generation and visibilityDefine and manage partner tiers and benefits in partnership with Strategy and Market DevelopmentLead marketing strategy and execution for key industry conferences (FPW, HealthFront, and others) and proprietary client eventsOwn booth experience, speaking opportunities, on-site content, and field marketing in partnership with the sales teamManage the events budget and agency relationshipsDesign and run a client experiences program: hosted dinners, intimate gatherings, sports and cultural events, special-occasion momentsOwn the gifting program: thoughtful, well-timed, on-brand, never genericBuild the operating model and tools that let Client Experience and Client Solutions execute experiences and gifting at scale, without consuming selling timePartner closely with Client Experience, Client Solutions, Strategy, and Market Development to align messaging, audience insights, and campaign timingLead, mentor, and grow a small team.
