**What You'll Do in This Role**

As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:

* Provide incoming customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
* Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
* Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
* Maintain a deep knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
* A knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or a comparable technology, is preferred
* Suggest additional products and/or services
* Offer expert customer experiences with a smile

* The ability to speak fluently in both French and English
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* A high school diploma or GED

* Solid computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
* High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
