About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and provide inbound customer support to our clients using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language. You will be responsible for helping customers resolve basic technical issues, tracking and documenting information in databases, and maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
