Therapy Care Specialist - Pharmacy Technician
Description:
The Pharmacy Technician (Therapy Care Specialist) will work with SoleoRx TCMC model and utilize national and local resources to facilitate high quality care of a patient with specialty pharmacy needs.
The Therapy Care Specialist will work under the supervision of a Pharmacist to oversee logistics of a patients dispense and prescription maintenance, assessment data capture, and serves as the point person to coordinate patient care across all layers of the patient care continuum while on service with Soleo Health.
Requirements:
Must be a state-registered pharmacy technician, with additional certification (CPhT or PTCB) per state requirements
Prior experience in home infusion and/or specialty pharmacy required
Prior customer service/patient services experience
Basic to intermediate efficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Must be comfortable in a high call volume role speaking with patients
