**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, using world-class technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using advanced technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless user experience
* Develop product and solutions expertise, enabling you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently and accurately
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
