**Job Description**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering legendary service to our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology. You'll also be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
