**Key Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Handling ADP customer service and technical support product-related inquiries via phone, chat, and email in multiple languages.
* Asking probing questions and using critical thinking to determine next steps with empathy and patience.
* Clearly documenting the caller's inquiry, troubleshooting steps taken, and resolution/next steps (including routing to the proper queue).
* Following proper and professional escalation procedures.

* **Ability to Type Quickly and Accurately**: You should be able to type at a high speed and accuracy to handle the demands of this role.
* **Ability to Handle High Chat and Call Volumes**: You should be able to multitask and handle a high volume of chats and calls with ease.
* **Strong Customer Service and De-escalation Skills**: You should be able to provide excellent customer service and de-escalate conflicts in a professional and empathetic manner.
* **Strong Attention to Detail**: You should be able to pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
* **Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving**: You should be able to think critically and analytically to resolve complex customer issues.
* **Ability to Navigate Multiple Windows and Applications**: You should be able to navigate multiple windows and applications to provide accurate information to end-users.
* **Ability to Work Flexible Shifts**: You should be able to work flexible shifts based on business needs.
* **Prior CRM Experience**: You should have prior experience with CRM software and systems.

**What You Will Need**

To be eligible for this role, you must:

* **Reside in One of the Following States**: You must reside in one of the following states: AR, CO, FL, GA, KS, NC, NH, NJ, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA.
* **Pass All Assessments, Background, and Drug Screening**: You must pass all assessments, background, and drug screening to ensure you meet our safety and security standards.
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
* **Ability to Communicate through Verbal and Written English and Quebecois Fluently**: You must be able to communicate through verbal and written English and Quebecois fluently to meet the language requirements of this role.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be held to the following metrics:

* **Call Answer Time**: You will be expected to answer calls in a timely manner to ensure efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
* **Attendance**: You will be expected to maintain high attendance rates to ensure consistent and reliable service to our customers.
* **Quality Scores (QA)**: You will be expected to maintain high quality scores to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
