? Be both highly technical, hands-on coder and an effective people manager
? Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives
? Participate in technical design
? Be a subject matter expert in the infrastructure domain
? Define and influence product strategy
Minimum Qualifications:

? 5+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management
? 5+ years experience coding in one of the following languages: C++, Java, Python and/or PHP
? Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management
? BA/BS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, 4+ years work experience)
Public Compensation:
$177,000/year to $251,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
