You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, navigating our website and online ordering system, and becoming a product and solutions expert. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, have a passion for delivering legendary service, and are eager to grow with a dynamic company, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology * Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions * Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system * Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred * Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers! * Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Preferred Qualifications** * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools * Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, processes, and technology **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
