Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Insurance Policy Support

We're seeking dedicated, caring bilingual (Spanish/English) professionals who would like to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll play a vital part in assisting our clients (agencies and customers) with questions and changes to their insurance policy. With a flexible schedule that works for you, our contact center is open from 7:00am to 8:00pm CST, Monday through Friday, and every 4 weeks, you'll work a rotating Saturday shift from 8:30am to 5:00pm CST.

**Position Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Reviewing all policy information to determine if the risk meets the company's underwriting guidelines and processes
* Serving as the primary contact point for insureds, agents, and lien holders for policy-related inquiries
* Providing superior customer service and offering solutions and/or options within company guidelines
* Periodically attending office-based training or meetings as needed
* Successfully completing all required new hire training as per departmental guidelines

**Position Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or GED
* 6 months of previous customer service experience
* Call center and/or insurance-related experience preferred
* Fluent Spanish/English communication skills
* Pleasant telephone demeanor
* Multitasking skills
* PC experience with 3,000 KSH or 25 WPM with an error ratio of less than 5%
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
