At Welltech, we strive to be proactive wellness partners for our users, while continually evolving ourselves.What We're Looking ForWe’re looking for a Director of Engineering, to be based in Poland, Spain or Cyprus.Reporting to the CTO, You will be responsible for critical shared products that span from user identification, authentication and profile, customer success excellence and growing other capabilities that will enable fast experimentation and innovation across all Welltech’s user segments eg, Personalisation, Video experience, Wearables..You will have responsibility to co-lead the product development team together with the Director of Product, form a technology strategy and architecture vision, as well as the day-to-day delivery of your teams, supporting and enhancing the Welltech engineering culture, growing the team and its capabilities and working with your peers to ensure business success.You will be responsible for both large step-change product innovation and continued, high-velocity incremental feature development, helping to deliver value to our users that they happily pay for in a seamless fashion.Our culture encourages collaboration, transparency, passion, innovation and having fun by continuous self-improvement, learning and actively sharing feedback to constantly improve performance.
