**Key Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Disbursal Coordinator at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Conducting client meetings at case closure to finalize necessary documentation and gather valuable feedback on their experiences.
* Actively representing our firm at various company-sponsored events, including client appreciation and community outreach activities.
* Providing support to the front office coordinator as required.
* Engaging with clients on a daily basis, delivering impactful and meaningful outreach.
* Occasionally traveling to remote offices to facilitate disbursal processes.

**Required Skills**

* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service roles.
