Job Summary

careerzynith is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Reading, PA. As a key member of our 24/7 operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our services to our customers across the country. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your skills and expertise, and grow with a leading organization in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Acting as the first line of contact for customers' routine reporting requirements, providing them with status updates as needed.
• Communicating effectively with customers and drivers, providing concise instructions and information through verbal and written communication methods.
• Answering and processing requests received through inbound calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Monitoring routes for exceptions and abnormal route conditions, and providing timely feedback to internal and external customers.
• Escalating all non-routine customer inquiries appropriately to solve operational issues.
• Serving as the primary contact for data collection, audit, and reporting of various performance metrics.
• Supporting root cause analysis, using reporting tools, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Completing other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
• Previous customer service experience.
• A High School diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish (required).
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete careerzynith employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.

• Experience working in a logistics or transportation environment.
• Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems and electronic resources.
