You'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, using your bilingual skills in English and Spanish to connect with customers and understand their needs. * Growing your career by connecting your customer service and sales aptitude to become a Spanish-English Bilingual Remote Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent. * Working remotely from the comfort of your own home, with a high-speed internet connection (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload). * Using your strong customer service orientation, empathy, and listening skills to resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions. * Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services. * Collaborating with our team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences. **What You'll Bring to the Role** * Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken). * Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum six (6) months sales experience. * Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy. * Strong customer service orientation, empathy, and listening skills. * High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload). * Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this role is 100% remote. **What You Can Expect** * Supportive of your career and professional development. * An inclusive culture and community-minded organization where giving back is encouraged. * A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values. * FREE licensing course (and you'll be paid for your time to boot). * All state licensing exam fees covered by company and yearly renewal of license provided by arenaflex as your employer. * A base wage of $16/hr while studying for your state exam.
