**Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Call Center Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing top-tier customer service efficiently and effectively addressing customer concerns and issues.
* Assisting subscribers with potential cases of identity theft, providing guidance on products and technical support, and ensuring accurate case creation and notation for restoration cases.
* Initiating Zendesk tickets for the IT department and maintaining strong knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
* Identifying next steps required for subscribers through active listening and problem-solving skills, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
* Maintaining a strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and timely support to customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* To be local to Arizona with the ability to commute to the office regularly.
* A minimum of one year of call center experience.
* A High School Diploma or GED.
* Availability to work a scheduled shift consistently.
* Strong formal oral and written communication skills.
* Dependability and a strong work ethic.
* A passion for providing great customer experiences.
* The ability to navigate multiple software applications.
* High proficiency in typing skills and computer comprehension.

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

* Bilingual in Spanish and English.
* Experience with identity theft protection services.
