**Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Engaging with members to understand their health needs and concerns
* Reviewing member claim history for accuracy and completeness
* Explaining member rights and responsibilities in a clear and concise manner
* Building trusting relationships with members through empathetic and professional communication
* Performing financial data maintenance to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve member issues and concerns
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center atmosphere
* Previous experience in behavioral health is highly preferred, but not required
* A strong background in medical or insurance is also preferred
* A High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree is preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Certification in behavioral health or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
