Job Summary As an Auto Care Center Coach, you will be responsible for driving sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area. You will receive and stock merchandise, ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, and proper signing and in-stock and inventory levels. You will also budget and forecast sales, assess economic trends and community needs, and ensure that sales and profit goals are achieved. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve customer issues and concerns, and promote products and services. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area Receive and stock merchandise, ensuring effective merchandise presentation and accurate pricing Budget and forecast sales, assessing economic trends and community needs Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving customer issues Promote products and services, maintaining a safe shopping environment Manage and train a team of associates, providing coaching and development opportunities Maintain the Auto Care Center and automotive sales floor and service area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders Leadership Expectations As an Auto Care Center Coach, you will be expected to model Walmart's values, foster a culture of inclusion and diversity, and promote the company's commitment to communities, social justice, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability.
