Key Responsibilities Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute plans to achieve area goals, objectives, and performance targets, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies. Communication and Collaboration: Speak with people or groups verbally or in writing, including clients, suppliers, partners, and team members, to convey information, resolve issues, and build relationships. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze business reports to assess area performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Quality and Safety: Ensure that quality and safety standards are maintained in the area of responsibility by training partners on Logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation. Talent Development and Management: Direct and develop partners and leaders in areas of responsibility by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and identifying training and development needs. System Applications and Issue Resolution: Manage the investigation of system applications by working with the Information Systems Division (ISD) and vendors to resolve issues and support the ongoing development of current and future system applications. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: Education and Experience: Associate's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field and 1-year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field OR 4-year Walmart Logistics experience in an Information Systems environment maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems. Training and Certification: Partners must participate in and successfully complete all job-required stages of training and assessments. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Business and Logistics Acumen: Knowledge of business principles, logistics, and distribution center operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Walmart Logistics systems. Leadership and Management: Proven experience in managing partners, leading teams, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
