**Responsibilities**

As an Apple Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* **Discovering and understanding customers' needs**: You'll work closely with customers to understand their requirements, preferences, and pain points, and provide personalized solutions that meet their needs.
* **Guiding customers through their journey**: You'll be the first point of contact for customers entering the store, guiding them through their journey by advising, selling, and assisting in setting up their new Apple products.
* **Assisting customers in setting up their new Apple products**: You'll provide expert guidance and support to customers as they set up and explore their new Apple products, ensuring they get the most out of their purchase.
* **Maintaining visual merchandising standards**: You'll work with the visual merchandising team to ensure that the store's visual displays and layouts are engaging, informative, and visually appealing.
* **Supporting team members in various roles**: You'll be part of a dynamic team that's always working together to achieve common goals. You'll support your colleagues in various roles, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
