Job Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' baggage and cargo arrive safely and on time. This is an entry-level position, and our experienced leaders will provide you with the mentorship and guidance you need to advance your career. Your daily tasks will include safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, as well as guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. You will also be responsible for safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather, and for operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.

Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft
Safeguard Cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather
Safely drive and operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion
Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination


Work Schedule and Environment
As a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you can expect to work a variety of shifts, including early morning and overnight shifts. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, and you can expect to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority. You will be working in a fast-paced airport environment, where attention to detail and a commitment to safety are essential. You will be required to wear company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and to pass a physical ability test (PAT) to ensure that you are able to perform the physical demands of the job.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in English
Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT)
Ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
