**Responsibilities**
As an Airport Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting passengers with baggage pick-up and ensuring accurate tracking of luggage using computer systems
* Resolving passenger issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged items with professionalism and empathy
* Handling customer interactions with efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive attitude
* Performing other related duties as assigned, within the scope of your skills and experience
* Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move items weighing up to 70 pounds regularly
* Ability to lift weights of 40-50 pounds on raised surfaces
* Must be able to navigate jetway stairs safely and remain alert to moving vehicles and aircraft
* Proficiency in using radio equipment for communication
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
* Must be a local (in-state) resident
* High School diploma or GED required
* Valid In-State Driver's License required
* Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a 10-year background check
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must have authorization to work in the United States
* Completion of ramp and SIDA training is required for airport authority identification and security
