**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our office operations. **Key Responsibilities**

As an Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects and tasks, including:

* Providing general office administrative services, such as answering telephone calls, taking messages, and greeting clients
* Assisting with general office administrative tasks, including data capturing, filing, and responding to queries from the public
* Performing other administrative/clerical duties, such as mailing, maintaining and updating our database, and performing routine general administrative duties
* Maintaining files in the administrative office and providing administrative support to other administrative staff
* Providing office support to other administrative staff and departments, and performing administrative tasks such as mail and data entry
* Performing general office support and administrative assistance, including maintaining administrative and clerical files, and performing administrative and office support activities

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience with data entry and database management an asset
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

* Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
* Knowledge of careerzynith's products and services an asset
* Familiarity with CRM software and other administrative tools
* Experience with social media and online platforms
* Bilingual or multilingual skills an asset
