**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Accounting and Data Entry Professional to join our team. As a key member of our accounting team, you'll be responsible for processing invoices, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and performing general office duties as assigned. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Accounting and Data Entry Professional at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting in checking all individual invoices to ensure correct coding
* Ensuring all supplies are listed
* Correctly filling out all POs attached to invoices
* Performing general office duties as assigned
* Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our team members and customers
* Collaborating with our accounting team to ensure seamless processing of invoices and financial transactions
