Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Account Manager, Customer-Mid Market Structural to join our team, responsible for generating revenue by understanding and supporting the growth of our existing customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on finding, developing, and closing contracts for software subscriptions and consulting services from a variety of assigned customer accounts. Your expertise in managing customer relationships, identifying new sales targets, and delivering key product offerings will be essential in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver coverage and focus on key product offerings, including Cloud, HR Management, and Project management, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Gain access and meet with senior management and executive-level decision-makers in the defined target market to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities
Manage all aspects of the sales process, including monitoring, analyzing, and communicating sales data via CRM software to contribute to product/service planning and optimization
Maintain the highest ethical standards in all aspects of your responsibilities, adhering to arenaflex's values and code of conduct
Utilize the sales process and methodologies adopted by arenaflex to transition leads through each qualification stage to close, ensuring a seamless and effective sales experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive business growth and customer engagement


Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, combined with 3+ years of experience successfully selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the construction industry
A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of more than $500k, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Exemplary presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade audiences across all levels of an organization
Advanced selling capabilities, showcasing your commitment to strategy, customer relations, negotiation, and closing deals
Technical proficiency with Salesforce.com, with the ability to leverage CRM software to drive sales performance and customer insights


Preferred Qualifications

Prior construction industry experience and/or SaaS sales experience within the construction industry, providing a deep understanding of the market and its challenges
