* Handling maintenance/transport plans and stock reports to meet material needs.
* Providing transportation and development data to large workgroups, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Resuscitating FMR or log pages with current vehicle data, maintaining accurate records and reports.
* Creating and updating Succeed-based reports, status, and diagrams, ensuring transparency and visibility.
* Staying up-to-date with relevant purchasing records and information within purchasing software programs.
* Assisting Purchasers with obtaining clarifications and buy-requesting status, providing support and guidance.
* Collaborating with internal divisions and suppliers to address any discrepancies in transportation, invoicing, quality, and part number and quantity.
* Assisting Managers in resolving receipt issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.
* Working with Provider Managers to identify and mitigate potential risks.
**Essential Qualifications**
