Customer Experience Representative, Priority Xfinity Communities
Comcast is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to provide end-to-end support for customers, ensuring a positive experience and upholding the company's service delivery strategy.
Requirements
ā¢ Accurately and confidently handle various types of customer inquiries
ā¢ Establish and build rapport with customers, promoting effective relationships and upholding customer experience
ā¢ Actively put customer needs and wants at the center of all interactions
ā¢ Communicate in a warm and friendly manner through verbal and written means
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and other general account inquiries in a single customer interaction
ā¢ Follow established troubleshooting procedures and produce work order according to established business rules
ā¢ Build a consultative relationship with customers to create understanding and resolve all issues
ā¢ Set clear expectations by providing accurate information and transparent communication
ā¢ Illustrate competencies of a technology enthusiast and use multiple tools and systems with ease
