Lead National Executive Recruitment for the Public Sector

CPS HR Consulting is seeking an experienced Executive Search Manager to lead and grow our national Executive Search practice.

This is a high-visibility, revenue-impact leadership role where you will personally manage complex executive searches while leading a team of recruitment professionals serving public agencies nationwide.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and oversee the Executive Search business unit
• Personally manage a national portfolio of executive-level searches
• Supervise and develop a team of 6 full-time staff and approximately 7 consultants
• Build trusted relationships with governing boards and executive leaders
• Drive business planning, budgets, and revenue goals
• Support business development and client presentations
• Promote ethical, equitable, and best-practice executive recruitment

Travel: Approximately 3 days per week nationwide, including overnight stays.

Minimum Qualifications
• 4+ years of executive search or related talent acquisition experience
• 3+ years supervising or managing staff
• Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
