Responsibilities Lead strategic planning, operations, and compliance initiativesLiaise with the Securities Commission and relevant state bodiesManage budgeting, reporting, and risk control frameworksOversee outsourcing, internal controls, and business continuityMaintain external partnerships and represent the company to stakeholdersStay current on regulatory changes and best practicesSupervise and develop a high-performing local team Requirements University degree and 10+ years of experience in financial markets or a related fieldStrong knowledge of Bahamas financial services regulationsPrior experience working with regulators and holding a directorshipProven leadership in fast-paced, complex environmentsHigh ethical standards, accountability, and professional integrityBusiness level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR) What you will get in return: Competitive Salary:We believe great work deserves great pay!
