Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Entry Level Manager to join our team. As an Entry Level Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to agents in the field, monitoring sales activity, and helping develop strategies for agent success. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to carry out daily communication with team members, drive sales growth, and contribute to the development of our agents. This is a remote contract role, offering the flexibility to work from home and manage your time effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to agents in the field, including coaching, mentoring, and guidance on sales strategies and techniques
Monitor sales activity, analyze sales data, and develop successful strategies to drive sales growth
Develop and implement action plans to improve agent performance and achieve sales goals
Communicate effectively with team members, including daily updates, progress reports, and feedback
Collaborate with other managers and team members to share best practices, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth
Manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and maintain a high level of organization and time-management skills


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities, with a proven track record of developing and motivating teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with agents, team members, and clients
Ability to analyze sales data, develop successful strategies, and drive sales growth
Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities
Experience with sales metrics, performance tracking, and developing action plans
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required
Prior experience in sales or the insurance industry is a plus, but not essential
