Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an Executive Consultant specializing in Leadership, People & Culture. The Executive Consultant will support leadership development and cultural alignment, provide strategic guidance for personal and professional growth, and assist with the delivery of digital and live training sessions. Responsibilities include mentoring online business owners, promoting personal growth principles, and actively engaging with the global community to foster collaboration and innovation. Qualifications • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with expertise in fostering positive workplace culture • Experience in personal growth, coaching strategies, and professional development • Knowledge or experience in online business strategies and digital product promotion • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for live and virtual events • Passion for empowering individuals to align their professional achievements with personal values • Flexibility and self-motivation to work independently in a remote and dynamic environment • Experience with global teams or communities is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
