We’re seeking an Executive Assistant to support a dynamic founder managing a growing portfolio of businesses. This is a fast-paced, fully remote role for someone who thrives on organisation, communicates with confidence, and takes initiative. You’ll manage inboxes, coordinate travel, filter access, and handle personal and professional matters. Trust, discretion, and clear communication are non-negotiable. About the Founder The founder leads multiple brands in property, finance, and education, while building a personal brand that includes regular travel for events, speaking, and networking: An award-winning specialist finance business ● A regulated residential mortgage company ● A specialist finance training platform ● A London-based women-in-property networking event ● A high-level international networking brand for women in property and business ● An upcoming membership platform for founders ● A personal brand with visibility work across the UK Requirements Manage multiple inboxes, flagging and replying (often as the founder) ● Oversee complex diary management and scheduling ● Book UK hotels, flights, and transport ● HubSpot experience Liaise daily via Trello and WhatsApp Manage personal admin and appointments ● Act as gatekeeper for time and access ● Support with event logistics and follow-ups ● Create or format presentations in PowerPoint or Canva ● Assist with basic social media replies and outreach ● Respond to WhatsApp Business messages ● Light Kajabi platform support (onboarding/offboarding) ● Light bookkeeping (if experienced) Tools & Workflow Communication via WhatsApp and Trello. The role requires daily check-ins, proactive time management, and reliability. Required Skills 3+ years as EA/PA/VA supporting a senior executive or founder ● Excellent written and verbal communication ● High discretion and trustworthiness ● Strong organisation and attention to detail ● Independent and proactive working style ● Confident with HubSpot, Outlook, Trello, WhatsApp, Calendly, Google Workspace ● Bonus: Kajabi, Canva, Mailchimp, bookkeeping Tech Requirements ● Work from home setup High-speed internet (with backup if possible) ● Access to reliable laptop or desktop Benefits Type : Contractor (Full-time hours, ongoing) ● Schedule : Monday to Friday, flexible but aligned to UK business hours ● Compensation : Negotiable based on experience ● Start Date : ASAP Ideal Fit Someone who thrives behind the scenes, is highly dependable, and loves making life easier for a busy founder juggling multiple ventures.
