Responsibilities
Manage calendars for the COO and CFO, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
Assist with communications, including managing email correspondence for the executive team.
Plan and organize travel arrangements in line with company policies.
Support in the production of regular reports and data management tasks as needed.
Update information in various databases and systems as directed.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Proficiency with M365 suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
Experience in making and managing travel arrangements.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience managing an executive's daily calendar.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Location: Remote within the U.S.A.
