Customer Service Manager (CSM)
The Joseph Hoell Insurance Agency is an award winning independent Agency and we are looking for a full time Customer Service Manager to enhance the customer experience for our clients!
If you do NOT have your P and C insurance licenses and currently working in the insurance industry at an agency level we will not consider you for the position.
If you are with an independent agency now that is a BIG plus.
Job Duties
- Work 9-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8-4pm Friday. No need for nights/weekends.
- Increase agency Retention and client loyalty through excellent customer service.
- Generate Referrals and Cross-Sale opportunities for the sales team.
- Set appointments / conduct coverage reviews for our current clients.
- Answer billing questions, assist w/ claims, and resolve customer service concerns/issues.
The $70,000 to $80,000 varies depending on your experience, training level, and ability to complete the job duties listed above in a proficient / timely manner.
