Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

Position Overview...
We are seeking dedicated and efficient Part-Time Executive Assistants to join our team our team remotely. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Sales and Marketing, proficiency in WordPress, email marketing, campaign management, social media management, and the ability to recruit onsite Field Sales Representative to serve the market. Experience with Zoho One, particularly Zoho CRM, is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Ā Provide administrative support to CEO and assist with sales and marketing initiatives.
Ā Manage WordPress website updates and content creation.
Ā Execute email marketing campaigns and manage mailing lists.
Ā Coordinate and manage social media platforms to enhance brand presence.
Ā Assist in recruiting onsite Field Sales Representatives.
Ā Handle correspondence and communications, including drafting emails, letters, and other documents.
Ā Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Ā High School, GED or equivalent.
Ā Strong background in Sales and Marketing.
Ā Familiarity with WordPress, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
Ā Ability to recruit and onboard onsite Field Sales Representatives.
Ā Proficiency in Zoho One, particularly Zoho CRM, is a plus.
Ā Strong IT skills are a plus.
Ā Must be a work starter and can work independently.
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Ā Must be available to work in 1 of the 4 US time zones.
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ā Must be able to work as a team and demonstrate leadership skills.
