Executive Assistant & Design Consultant (Hybrid/Remote ) Hiring Now!
The Opportunity We are seeking a high-level Executive Assistant with a strong background in Interior Design or the Kitchen & Bath industry. This is a unique, strategic role designed for a professional who excels at customer service and operational support, with a clear trajectory toward high-level sales and specialized issue resolution.
You will work closely with the CEO, serving as a critical bridge between leadership, product knowledge, and our customer base. This position offers the flexibility of primary remote work, provided you are based in the Las Vegas area for local coordination and market alignment.
Primary Responsibilities
• Strategic Support: Assist the CEO with daily customer service operations, ensuring high-standard responses and brand consistency.
• Product Mastery: Rapidly develop deep technical knowledge of our luxury kitchen and bath furniture lines to provide expert-level consultations.
• Service & Escalation: Act as the first point of contact for complex customer inquiries, resolving issues with a focus on "minimal viable solution" efficiency and customer retention.
• Sales Pathing: Shadow the CEO to learn the sales cycle, with the goal of eventually managing your own accounts and high-ticket sales leads.
• Operational Integration: Maintain organized communication across our systems to ensure seamless execution from initial inquiry to final delivery.
Candidate Profile
• Domain Expertise: Previous experience in Interior Design, Kitchen/Bath remodeling, or high-end home furnishings is highly preferred.
• Service-First Mindset: You treat customer service as a strategic asset, not just a task.
• Business Acumen: You understand how a global distribution business operates and can think like an owner.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain complex product specs to both homeowners and contractors.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating cloud-based ERP/WMS systems and collaboration tools.
